Account

  1. Visit the Luandla website and open the "My Account" .

  2. Below the login field you will find the link "Forgot your password?" - click on it.

  3. Next, enter the email address that is linked to your Westwing account.

  4. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  5. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password and set a new one.

If you wish to change the email address in your customer account, first log in and open the "Access data" .
 

Log in to your account and open the "Newsletter" .
There you can customize your settings and then save them.

Order

Before your order is shipped:
You can change the delivery address as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service for this.

  • Please note that changing the delivery address after placing the order is only possible within the same country.

  • It is not possible to change the delivery address when paying by invoice.

Items in the shipping process:
Once your order is being prepared for shipping, the delivery address unfortunately can no longer be changed.

Shipment tracking:

Undeliverable shipments:
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you will receive a refund to the selected payment method.

  • Unfortunately, redelivery is not possible.

  • In this case, please place a new order with the correct delivery address.

  • If a shipment is returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts, Luandla will refund the amount to the chosen payment method.

Refund to the original payment method:
Once we receive your return and the item has been checked by our logistics department, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that with credit cards it may take a little longer for the credit to be visible on your account, and it may not appear until your next credit card statement.

Voucher refunds

  • Reusable vouchers: The value will be automatically credited back upon return of the corresponding items.

  • One-time use vouchers: These will not be recharged after a return. The value of returned items is completely forfeited, even if the remaining order value reaches the voucher's minimum order value.
