Delivery

At Luandla, we take pride in our product selection. We want to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All our products are fully packaged to ensure safe transport and are handled by a professional external delivery service.

It is possible that your order will be delivered in several partial shipments by our shipping partners.

Please note that shipping costs per shipment (and not per total order).

Delivery speed depends on the product type, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas.

To help you with your purchase decision, you will find information about the expected delivery times on each product page.

All shipments are delivered between 9:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Saturday, with limited delivery times on Saturdays in selected cities.

If you would like to check whether Saturday delivery is possible in your area, please contact us before your order has been processed.

Please note that not all requests can be fulfilled.

Shipping costs

5.95 for shipping within Germany and to Austria . This fee includes the costs for packaging and shipping via DHL.

Shipping costs are per shipment , not per order. They are based on DHL shipping zones (1-3), which vary depending on the EU delivery country.

Please note: If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in several partial deliveries . Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the order balance. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after the necessary shipments have been determined according to the delivery times of all items.

How long do I have to return my item?

As outlined in the cancellation policy , you have the right to cancel any purchase made at Luandla. If an item doesn't fit perfectly or you don't like it, you can return the goods ordered from luandla.de to us free of charge within 14 days.

Returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all tags still attached. Please ensure that all original boxes and dust bags are included in your return.

How do I return my item?

For returns within Germany, we kindly ask you to:

  • Place the enclosed return slip, fully completed, in the return box.
  • Stick the return label onto the box.
  • Returns should be sent via DHL to Luandla UG.

For returns from an EU country, we ask you to:

  • Stick the return label onto the box.

Refund of the purchase price for returns

Refunds for returned items will be issued depending on the chosen payment method.
